Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and transparent service experience.

Customers may cancel a scheduled printer service request by contacting us at least 2 hours before the appointment time. Cancellations made within this period will not incur any charges.

If you have made an advance payment and choose to cancel within the allowed window, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For cancellations made after the technician has started working on your request, only a partial refund (if applicable) may be provided, depending on the nature of the work completed.
